  1. How long will it take to get my order?

    Most orders will take approximately 10-12 days to process and ship.  If you require your items quicker, please use the Contact Us link on our website to discuss our "rush" options.  We do our best to accommodate rush orders!

  2. How do I know that Favor-it! received my order?

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us after you place your order. The receipt will contain the details of your order.

  3. How can I pay for my order?

    Payment for orders placed through our secure website takes place via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account of your own to make a payment nor do you incur additional fees. By utilizing PayPal, Favor-it is able to accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards or bank transfers.

  4. Do I have to order all of the same party favors?

    Favor-it! does not require you to order a minimum number of any particular favor, unless specified in the product description. In fact, you may need to mix and match favors if, for example, you have children of varying ages attending your celebration. We encourage you to choose the most appropriate favors for each of your guests!

  5. How will I know when my order ships?

    Favor-it! will send you an e-mail when your order ships. We will provide you the tracking number for your shipment and a link to the UPS website so that you may track your package while in transit.
